You don’t want to look at your own words for a second longer. Luckily, I do.
I offer various levels of editing and consultations, ranging from a simple proofread to make sure you’ve spelled everything correctly to full developmental services where I point out that adding a balloon to your fantasy universe is going to ask a lot of scientific questions you may not want to answer. (Consider a hair ribbon or puppet instead.)
I’ve copy edited for publications from CNN Underscored and Wirecutter, to Eater, to Inbound Logistics magazine, as well as businesses such as Quest Medical and Ingenuity and publishing imprints from Macmillan. I work with both large publications and independent authors who know that self-published materials still deserve an editorial treatment.
I won’t force you to use the Oxford comma but I do encourage it.
